SkyFall Roofing Systems took on the challenging project of covering 18,000 square feet in the prestigious Preston Hollow neighborhood. The residential property had suffered extensive damage due to a severe tornado which had moved through the area. The resulting damage required a complete roof overhaul.

We completed a reroofing project for this Dallas educational facility using the Modified Bitumen Cool Roof System. The entire project also includes using our standing seam metal panels for energy-efficient roofing material, plus corrugated wall panels and custom sheet metal flashings and trim.

This hotel in Arizona required repair, including the outside facade and several features of the roofing. We replaced all of the gutters and downspouts for the building and performed a full sliding replacement for the roof. Complete with a new HVAC unit insulation, the hotel is now weather-proofed with a proper roof drainage system for wet weather and better ventilation throughout.
